LThese General Conditions regulate the acquisition of the services offered on the website www.southbookers.com, owned by Southbookers, S.L. (hereinafter, Southbookers).
The acquisition of any of the services entails the full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the General Conditions indicated, without prejudice to the acceptance of the Specific Conditions that may be applicable when acquiring certain services.
These General Conditions may be modified without prior notice, therefore, it is advisable to read their content carefully before proceeding to purchase any of the services offered.
SERVICES
The accommodation service offered, together with its main features and price are displayed on the screen.
Southbookers reserves the right to decide, from time to time, the products and/or services offered to Customers. Thus, Southbookers may, at any time, add new products and/or services to those currently offered. Southbookers also reserves the right to withdraw or cease to offer, at any time and without prior notice, any of the services offered.
PURCHASING PROCESS
n order to make any purchase on www.southbookers.com, the customer must be of legal age.
In addition, the customer must provide Southbookers with the necessary information for the purchase; this information must be truthful, accurate and complete and the customer must expressly consent to it by accepting Southbookers’ privacy policy.
It is also recommended that the customer prints and/or keeps a copy of the terms and conditions of sale on a durable medium when placing his order, as well as the proof of receipt sent by Southbookers by email.
INVOICING
After your stay and after a previous request, we will provide you with an invoice via email.
MINIMUM STAY
The minimum stay may vary depending on the accommodation and/or season (see detailed description of each accommodation).
PRICES
The prices of the services listed on www.southbookers.com are expressed in EUROS (€) unless otherwise stated and are guaranteed for the duration of their validity, except in the case of printing errors and regardless of the destination of the order.
BOOKING PROCESS
Our automatic availability and price calculation system will allow you to choose the flat you are interested in, and immediately book it online.
- 1. IInitial payment: to book the chosen apartment online, select it and include the requested information. In this first step, if you finally book the property, a first payment will be made online by credit card, representing 30% of the total amount. In the event that the credit card provided is not valid and such a charge is not possible by iloftmalaga.com, a member of our team will contact you on the contact telephone number or email address you have provided. If the card number change is not carried out or if it is not possible to contact you via the contact information provided, the booking may be cancelled. In this case, an email will be sent to you confirming the cancellation.
- 2. Booking confirmation: once the initial payment has been made, the booking will be confirmed instantly and you will receive a welcome email with all the details of your reservation (details, property address, contact person details, etc.).
- 3. Final payment: the remaining 70% of the amount will be charged 14 days after your arrival at the selected apartment.
If you make a booking less than 14 days before arrival, 100% of the amount will be charged after the booking has been made. You will also receive an e-mail when the payment has been made with all the details of your reservation.
CANCELLATION
Please note that the amounts paid for the reservation are non-refundable and non- transferable. Southbookers will only accept cancellations in writing by email or fax. Failure to arrive on the agreed date without written notice of cancellation may result in a full cancellation charge. Cancellations of any kind, including force majeure, will be subject to these cancellation conditions. In any case, Southbookers recommends that you always take out travel cancellation insurance to avoid problems. If the booking is cancelled or modified after 14 days prior to arrival or in case of no-show, Southbookers will charge the full amount of the booking.
