Leandro is a great host who always responds very quickly and tries to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment itself is very nice and the location is amazing. It will only take you five to ten minutes to get to the city centre. I would definitely recommend staying there.
Leandro's apartment was a dream to stay in. Everything was extremely clean and tidy when we arrived. This location meant that we could take a pleasant walk to the centre, and yet there were enough shops around for our needs. We managed to have a look at some of the recommendations left for us, which were very helpful. Overall, a fantastic stay.
Everything is as described: perfect location, good distance to the beach, you can quickly reach the city centre; the apartment had everything we needed. Perfect for a holiday with friends. Our host Leandro was very friendly and always responded and helped us quickly!
The apartment was great and very clean. The flat has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All bedrooms and living room are air conditioned. It was very well lit. We were four golfers and it was perfect. We will be sure to come back!

The balcony view is not great, but the property is in a great location. It is surrounded by restaurants and the beach lies right next to it. Although the street is noisy at night because of the restaurants, there is no noise inside the apartment. There are also shops nearby. We were four golfers and it was perfect. We will be sure to come back!

In addition , we take care of everything, obtaining the vacational rental license, uploading the ads to the certain platforms which better suit each type of apartment, cleaning it and maintenance.
With us yes, since we work with platforms that cover up to 1.000.000 euros for possible damage. We also charge tenants a deposit to cover any damage and we have our own maintenance team that will check the apartment to always keep it in perfect conditions.
Our company has an staff of 12 employees who will work throughout the year to meet the objectives set, ensure the perfect conservation of the home and comply with the rules of the established community of owners.
We prioritize transparency with the owners we work with. You will be the one who receive the amount of the reservations and, once the month is over, we will provide a breakdown of the reservations together with the corresponding invoice for the commissions accrued from the activity of the month, then that you can make us the payment of the ammount.
